All overseas nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid Visa obtained from the Indian consulate/embassies in their respective countries. They are advised to apply for Conference Visa (not Tourist Visa/E-Visa) for attending the CF-9. A letter of invitation will be provided on demand in advance for the purpose of applying for the Visa.
